Members of Tina's family attended the Senior Awards Recognition Night at the Lake Placid High School on Monday June 16th. Tina's son Joe Leonard and daughter Daci "Leonard" Shenfield along with Tina's Granddaughter Maeve Leonard were in attendance. The Rotary Club of Lake Placid, Tina Leonard's Family gives the $1000 Tina Leonard award annually to a Lake Placid High School Senior. The award keeps Tina’s legacy and spirit alive as it recognizes young persons in our community who are overcoming obstacles and achieving success in the face of adversity. This year, Tina's Granddaughter Maeve Leonard proudly announced the 2025 recipient, Anya Kern.
