Our speaker today was Helene Gibbens, Board President of Creative Healing Connections, a not-for-profit organization that offers women veterans and women living with chronic conditions, creative experiences that promote healing, growth, and community. The organization offers retreats and virtual healing sessions that encourage self-expression, new awareness and re-connection with our healthy self. Their mission: To enhance the well-being of underprivileged women living with chronic illnesses by providing accessible wellness programs that build community and promote sustainable self-care through retreats, virtual sessions, and creative, goal-driven support.
