Publish a monthly bulletin containing;

          Officer & board make up

          Club  Address

          Rotary Emblem & Annual Theme images

          Speaker Schedule

          Duty Roster, ie ..Greeter, Auction item & Rotary moment

          Member events, ie  ..birthdays & anniversary’s

          Upcoming events

          Reports from Committees on things done and status of upcoming activities ( incl pictures)

Bulletin is sent by E mail (or US Mail) to all members

Also print 15-20 for handing out at meeting.

Publish so  next month’s Bulletin is available for last meeting of the month
